Who We Are
Kristin Francis
Kristin Francis has been in the electrical contracting business since she graduated from college in 2003 with a business degree. She started working in her father's company as a project coordinator. Over the years she acquired knowledge of all aspects of commercial construction. As the company grew from doing small tenant improvements to ground up large commercial projects she gained proficiency in estimating, project management and field supervision. Kristin's training was ensuring the projects are completed on time, in a professional manor with quality workmanship.
Encompass Electric Inc prides itself on maintaining the same principles she’s employed for the last 20 years. Kristin is lucky to have an outstanding partner, Jim Francis, who is highly regarded for his extensive knowledge. The attention to detail, excellent communication throughout the project and efforts to put the customer first has kept many customers happy.

Jim leads the Encompass Electric team with a passion for outstanding customer service and a focus on building strong client relationships. With over 30 years of experience in the commercial electrical and construction industry. His experience includes project management and estimating skills in retail, market, theater, healthcare, restaurant, hospitality and site dry utilities.
